Who we are

Vible (vible.dev) decides what is kept about you and why, as this page says.

What we keep

• Your account: your name, your email, your password (hashed, never readable), and your sign-ins, with the address and browser they came from.
• Your projects: what you asked for, their names, and the code, hosting and database made for each.
• Your conversations with the agent: everything you and it wrote, its questions and its plans.
• The photos you send, kept in your app's code, and the links you share.
• Your Credits and usage: every change to your balance, what the agent spent, and what you paid for. Your card details stay with Polar: Vible never sees them.
• Logs of the requests Vible answers, to find and fix what goes wrong.

What we use it for

Only to run Vible for you: to build, host and bill your apps, and to email you about your account (confirming your email, a new password, your Trial, payments, a paused app). No ads, no selling your data, no analytics or tracking. One cookie keeps you signed in; your light or dark choice stays in your browser.

Vible's administrator can see your projects and conversations, never change them, to help you and to stop abuse.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel: hosts Vible and your apps, runs the sandboxes builds and links are read in, and AI Gateway, which passes your conversations to the AI model's provider (Anthropic).
• Neon: the databases.
• GitHub: your apps' code, their plans and their photos, in private repositories.
• Polar: payments, taxes and invoices.
• Resend: sends our emails.

Your app's visitors

What your app's visitors send it is kept in your app's own database, or reaches you as a message they send you themselves. You decide what your app asks them for.

How long

As long as your account exists. Deleting a project deletes its code, hosting, database, build sandbox and conversation. Deleting your account (write to us) deletes all of it, then the account. Polar keeps its records of payments as tax law requires.

Your rights

Ask us for a copy of what we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will.

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
