Who we are

Vible (vible.dev) builds web apps from what you describe. "We" is Vible; "you" is the person with the account. By making an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Your account

Anyone can sign up with an email and a password, and signs in once the email is confirmed. Keep your password to yourself: what is done with your account is on you. Tell us at once if you think someone else got into it.

What Vible does

You describe an app; an AI agent asks you questions, proposes a plan, and once you approve it builds the app and puts it live at its own address. Its code is kept in a private repository on GitHub and hosted on Vercel, under Vible's accounts.

The agent can get things wrong. Try your app before you rely on it. Vible is provided as it is, without promises that it suits a purpose or never stops.

The Trial and paying

A new account gets a 7-day Trial with 100 Credits, without a card.

Starter is $3.99 a month: it keeps your app live and refills your Credits to 100 on each payment. A Credit pack is $4.99 for 250 Credits that never expire, spent once the others are gone. Prices may include or add taxes where you live.

Polar is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles taxes, and sends invoices and receipts, under its own buyer terms. Cancel any time in Manage billing; your app stays live until the end of the month you paid for. Refunds are on the refunds page.

Credits

A Credit is 1¢ of what the agent costs to run while it works on your app (AI and build time). The agent works while your Trial runs or you pay, and you have Credits left; it also has a daily limit. Credits are for using Vible only: they aren't money and can't be paid out.

When you stop paying

Your app is paused when your Trial ends without a Subscription, when your Subscription ends, or 7 days after a payment fails. A paused app is deleted after 30 days (14 for a Trial never paid for), with an email 3 days before. Pay before then and it comes back as it was.

What you make

What you write, the photos you send and the apps built for you are yours. You let Vible store, process and host them, only to run the service for you. Send only what you have the right to use.

Don't use Vible to break the law, to harm or deceive people (phishing, malware, spam), to infringe others' rights, or to attack Vible or anyone else. We may pause or delete an app or an account that does.

Ending

Delete a project any time: everything it made is deleted with it. To delete your account, write to us: its Subscription is cancelled, its projects and data deleted.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Vible is not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, data or business), and its liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that can't be limited.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using Vible after that means you accept the new terms.
