Asking for one
Write to hello@vible.dev from your account's email, saying which payment and why. Refunds are made through Polar, under its buyer terms, to the card you paid with.
What a refund takes back
A payment refunded in full takes back what it gave: a Credit pack's 250 Credits, or a Starter payment's refill to 100, even if some were spent (your balance may then go below 0). A payment refunded in part leaves your Credits as they are.
Cancelling
Cancelling a Subscription stops the next payment; it doesn't refund the last one. Your app stays live until the end of the month you paid for, then it is paused. The Trial is free: there is nothing to refund.
